For lots in Phase 2 and 3 that share the common septic system. Payments can be made quarterly or bi-annually (every six months).

How much are Common Septic Operating Fees?
For houses or lots on the Common Septic System, fees are $100.00 per quarter, or $200 bi-annually (every six months). Effective January 1, 2025, a 33% reduction in quarterly septic fees from $150 to $100, per quarter. We will continue to look to way to reduce this fee for our Owners.
When is it time to pay Common Septic Operating Fees?

How to pay Common Septic Operating Fees?
You may pay your Wild Pear Shores (WPS) Common Septic System Fees via regular U.S. Postal Service mail or online (scroll down for online payment option).
Make the check payable to: Wild Pear Shores HOA. PLEASE PRINT YOUR WPS LOT NUMBER ON YOUR PAYMENT CHECK.
